Pathetic experience, after payment when we visited the hotel, they charged extra amount for the extra bed which was already included while we booked the hotel for 2 adults and 12 years old child. Despite requesting receptionist to not charge extra amount for the booked hotel, he did not listen to us and charged rs. 600- extra amount for extra bedding/mattress. Moreover, the room was so suffocating and not enough space to walk as well, we had booked deluxe room but it was very pathetic and less spacious. Extremely disappointed with the staff as well as hotel management. For one day we have paid- something which was not worth at all. People can look for much better options in the similar price.

The worst hotel experience in my life time. They are asking for extra money, and the staff is not good, new sence with the drinkers in the midnight. Not safe for the couple. Overall it's a bad stay. I need discount

Hotel is in the main road and accessible to multiple restaurants nearby. Even palace is just 5 min drive from this place. The morning breakfast is awesome. Our only concern is the ac wasn't working during our stay, when asked for help the support person did some quick fix and ran away. They asked us to wait for 10 mins and also told us not to change any setting. To be honest we don't understand how their ac works and whatever the quick fix they did didnt work though. But during december fan itself is enough. So we didn't call them back. Also don't expect the reception to provide more discounts. With all that being said the other staffs were really helpful and made our stay a great experience
